Do I keep my license & independence?

Yes. You keep your independence. We protect our reputation. Every adjuster in the Delta Network is expected to uphold our standards of professionalism, communication, and results. Those standards aren't optional.

Do I pay a fee to join?

No. This isn't a paid membership. Every adjuster is vetted to ensure they represent our brand and our clients with excellence. Many apply. Few are accepted.

How are claims qualified?

How is the pay?

Compensation is earned.
Commission splits are based on your experience, performance, and the value you bring. The better you perform, the more you earn.

Am I responsible for any financial obligations?

Yes. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with all state licensing requirements, including your public adjuster license, bond, workers' compensation, continuing education, and any other applicable regulations.

How fast do claims start?

Once approved, qualified claim referrals begin flowing based on your licensure and capacity. We will provide more leads based on your performance.
